These people advertise for one thing and deliver another. I kindly asked for my money back for the membership that is advertised to getting u set up and then you have to pay an extra 150 for the supply when they say the first month is 39.00. I didnt even have the app for a day and asked for my money back. I couldn't get anyone to respond or answer a question until 5 days later. you can also get these items for a lot cheaper and with real providers, not the AI in which they use. totally un safe

*UPDATE* The issue was fixed recently... I am back on track with it and it is working well. I did have to uninstall/reinstall the app. *ORIGINAL* This new update no longer let's the app load when I open it at all! The screen stays blank and the little loading sign in the middle just keeps spinning. Not able to log in to report my weight, water etc or get in contact with anyone... I will update my rating as soon as the app is fixed. It worked fine until yesterday.

A friend referred me to this app for GLP-1 pills. After ordering, I waited so long, only for the package to be returned without delivery. Strangely, my profile says 'Delivered.' This app is an absolute disappointment; there’s no customer service or responsive agent. I struggled to find a phone number, and no one answered anyway. My refund attempts have been futile as they ignore all emails. This is a complete and utter scam. Avoid at all costs.
