Excellent! I've had no issues at all. I can Chromecast to my Vizio, no problems. I can watch on the phone app, no problems. I get to watch all my old classic British comedy sitcoms 😊. Still Up Open Hours is one of my favorites and is a hard one to find to watch. The DVDs were not made in American format region.. I am most pleased. I have wanted this channel for a long time. I I'm not disappointed. I can do complete series at the touch of a finger. Great customer service experiences. TY BB 😁!

BE VERY CAREFUL if you subscribe. I just found out that they have charged me DOUBLE for the last 5 months! I have filed a fraud report with my credit card company. I emailed BritBox over 2 days ago about this problem. No response yet. They owe me $44.95 ($8.99 x 5 months)!! I'm EXTREMELY UPSET!!! I did like the content until now. I feel RIPPED OFF! I'm going to cancel my subscription if I don't receive a refund for the overcharges.

Update 5/26/24 Still no pop the picture out or doing anything else while watching Britbox, Can't tap earbud to stop playing, or take earbud out to stop playing. Basic functionality that other streaming services like Prime and Netflix have (and have had for years), Britbox still doesn't have. Would love to see this app catch up with this type of basic functionality.
