This app can be amazing when it actually works! I have phoned in numerous times to report that its not tracking the cars as it should. Requesting they maybe reboot from there side but still to no avail. It would be delayed by hours or even days! This can also not be written off to a poor signal response, as we travel up and down during the course of the day and not all areas are affected with bad signal. Tracking my car is literally impossible at the moment. Serious maintenance needed!

Very delayed position. It shows the position of the car as it was about 2 to 5 minutes ago, no live position. Sometimes it doesn't show trips until the end of the day. Don't know if its the tracker or the app but it is very unresponsive. Very unhappy with this service. It doesn't even show the position of the vehicle during loadshedding.

Horrible, the unit for one of my vehicles starts acting up every 2 months or so. Right now it's saying the vehicle is idling in the yard for the last hours yet it's in the garage locked up and the keys are here with me. At times it says the car is moving when it isn't, I'd be at home relaxing but the app says my car is moving.
