Disconnects in middle of session, then when you want to see your time in the session it asks for you to enter the pin to reconnect. Normal Bluetooth devices have a 4 digit pin-even my wifi mesh system. But the device that goes with this app has a 6 digitpin that you basically have to memorize if you want to stay connected without having to REMOVE THE DEVICE FROM YOUR FOREHEAD. Not super intuitive and user friendly. And if your answer will be buy the upgraded one... the va sent me this one.

I don't know that the problem is the app so much as the device or a combination of the two. I have a cefaly connect, and I cannot get the thing to stay connected. The only way I can reconnect is to wait for the ungodly amount of time for it to turn itself off. It's awful, not to mention the need to enter in a code at every use, incredibly difficult during a migraine. The cefaly does it's main job, but the added 'benefit' of the Bluetooth connection is worthless to me.

The app continues to be plagued with the same issues left in previous reviews from others. Each time you open the app, you have to pair it with the Cefaly device. It does not seem this is information that gets retained in the app data or even cached. If you resize the app, navigate away from it and reopen it, or lock you phone (manually or automatically) the app reloads and does not reconnect to the Cefaly device if it is in the middle of a treatment session, so you can't record it.
