Ratings and reviews

I was logged out of my account after installing the latest update (June 24 2024). I tried logging in with my Internet Banking credentials which did not work. I went through the Sign Up process and was able to login. It took a few minutes for my accounts to appear. Manage your devices sends an OTP but the page doesn't complete loading.

Very useless and inconvenient bank, you take forever to resolve issues. I can't make a quick transaction because you are experiencing technical issues, I'm so disappointed.

Thank you for adding airtel money on the payment methods. I also like the new upcoming features, payments through Paybill, and till. Please don't forget to add the option of adding a till or paybill to your favourite. This will surely reduce the dependency on Mpesa and Airtel money app.
