App is good for outages. And now I can not get the map to pull up. This is the onlying I use this app for and can use it for. So it kinda stinks that feature is down. Hope it's fixed soon

Not impressed. Not helpful. Downloaded to use the app and had to go online to the main site to set up profile and make payment. App doesn't work.

Works great. I never have any issues!!! Easy to use. Very convenient, and good customer service.
