Now I can't sign in at all. "Something went wrong. Try again." Successfully reset password, but same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Don't use the app very often, so don't know when this started, but was happening about a month ago and is still happening (didn't try in between because was hoping it would be fixed by an app update). Even better than fixing signin would be: don't make me sign into a mobile app at all. Let me just sign into the router, like previous Netgear routers did.

The app needs a couple of improvements. First, the device list connection time update needs to work faster and get precise information about which satellite is connected. Second, the feature to control de transmit power individually. Third, the app can copy features from ubiquity such as wifiman app that states the signal connection. Finally, the guest network and IoT I have them turned off but when the network is down, my devices detect those networks. Clearly a cybersecurity issue.

The login and password reset are a nuisance and make the app impossible to use. I've been essentially locked out of my account by their password reset function. No matter how many times I clear my browser cache and follow all of their reset instructions, neither provided link works. Their Help pages are completely useless and I'm going to have to factory reset my device for the third time because my saved password no longer works--beats me why, since I didn't change it.
