Ratings and reviews

In comparison to other Gatcha/Hero Collecting games, this one seems the most rewarding, theres lots to do and the other players seem fairly nice and willing to share tips for squad builds. There are no forced ads, there are microtransactions but they arent really shoved down your throat. The game is pretty solid honestly and you can collect almost any hero from anywhere in the Star Wars Universe from movies, shows, games and even books.

If you start new, don't spend a lot/any money. Developers realized that they have more whales leaving than coming in and the prizing is garbage for people who can't spent 100s or 1000s on a regular basis. Communication and content also slowed down too a snail pace. Most communication is about things announced months ago or addressing one of many bugs and screw ups. The game may not go away any time soon but it is on the down swing. I tried to spend regularly but small spending is useless.

Game is OK, a decent time waster. Packs can be too expensive, you could easily spend hundreds of dollars and not get much progress. Probably could spend a lot more and still need more money. Extremely slow progress. EA help does not help. I've reported multiple events that should give rewards after completing the first time but don't. EA help had me constantly repeating myself, ignore what I was saying, and asking/ignoring photos provided.
