I like how it lights up around the notch of my phone. It highlights the color band around the notch in customized colors that I was able to create myself. It really does make my phone look sleek. If you're running Android 9 you need to turn off your Battery Optimizer to ensure the accuracy of the app. Overall, I really like the app. Looking forward to any cool changes made in the future.

Somehow I came across an article from Android Authority highlighting this app. I decided to test it out since it was only a dollar and I want to support the concept . It turns out that I really like it! That being said, I do have one critique and two suggestions right now. I think it's already been stated but the bar does look aesthetically rough and it could help if it's smoothed out. My first suggestion is to implement an option that keeps the notch bar as one static, but still color changing, image. This is so that the battery bar can work as a functional accent. My second suggestion is to add an option for a high rate of color adjustment. For instance, with the default colors, green would take many logical color-changing steps to change to orange instead of changing to orange in only one step. It would be nice if the user could adjust the granularity of these color changes as well. (Maybe an adjustment for the number of steps it takes for the bar to reduce from right to left could be added as well.) These are two things that would really improve this app for me and maybe others as well.

Running this on a OnePlus 6 that is running Android Pie. No issues with this app at all. I like the look, and love that you can adjust the colors for the four (4) different ranges. It might be nice if the developer added descriptions to the notch styles to give some guidance on which one goes with your phone style, but even without that it isn't that hard to determine the best match to your phone. Just thinking as the list grows that it might be useful. Also, for a future enhancement maybe make the ranges editable in case a phone user wants to change from the defaults. Overall I'd recommend this app to people that want to save a bit of space in their notification bar and not display the battery percentage there and add a cool pop of color to your phone. My apologies the ranges are editable I just missed that, great job!
