UX is horrible, I've been using both this app and the Arab Bank's one. huge difference, just the number of unnecessary steps/clicks I have to go through while doing basic functions. you should focus on enhancing in the most used functions, CliQ transfers for example: I cannot save beneficiaries, I'm foced to have the transfer slip as PDF downloaded on my device, I can do the same transfer on Arab Bank with half the number of clicks...

Worst app I've ever tried, keeps lagging. Logging you off and not accepting your password and keep asking you to go to the nearest branch to activate your account again. Its such a useless app because it relies to you going to the bank to use it or do anything about it, defeating the purpose of an App.

Biggest failure of an app... extremely poorly programmed... can't perform basic functions... horrible and helps in absolutely nothing.
