I’ve been using this app since I’ve been living in the UK, and it makes a lot of things easier and really helps. HOWEVER, the new update is very disappointing. It’s noticeably slower than the previous version and the user experience is worse. In the old version, it only took one click to access services like the family book, my properties, etc. Now it takes 4–5 clicks to reach the same things. Many important services are shown in the app but not really working even after updating the degital identity. I have applied for a service through this app and paid for it and have not been updated about it since 3 weeks..simply didn't receive an outcome. NEEDS MUCH WORK!

I have been using this application for more than 4 years without any issues. However, after the update released in December, the application crashes immediately when I open it and closes by itself. Because of this issue, I am currently unable to use the application at all. I hope this problem will be fixed soon.
