Ratings and reviews

It is a good app overall. One issue is that it shouldn’t be tied to a phone number; it would be better to use a Social Security Number instead. Phone numbers can change or become deactivated, while Social Security Numbers remain permanent. For that reason, I am rating it 2 stars.

Update: the app is getting even better! great selection of services, fast, responsive, l no visible bugs! love it ______ Great job GoJ! Great services with each update, super useful makes life easier! you can check and see all of your immediate family's documents, your own government related documents. the good thing is that it's being officially recognized by different institutional and government agencies.

poor customer service, no reply via whatsapp and complaints through app. i have some stuck applications, where i can't complete it nor delete it, and once i apply for a new it fails and asks to complete the old application. what a shame.
