Ratings and reviews

It is a good app overall. One issue is that it shouldn’t be tied to a phone number; it would be better to use a Social Security Number instead. Phone numbers can change or become deactivated, while Social Security Numbers remain permanent. For that reason, I am rating it 2 stars.

good app, add a dark mode put a switch to disable unrelated content like football because sometimes you want to use the app while in a hurry, and it increases accessibility

frustrating application, waisting my time while trying to renew my documents, it keeps popping up the message (unexpected error try again plz)
