Unable to upload my photo for passport renewal inspite of following the required standard. Support was not satisfactory, I just wanted advice but instead it was labelled as complaint, the response was a day later to call a number. told to follow the required standard of size and position of the face etc. I informed the helper I did so another complaint was sent to the technical team. no response yet. I had to visit Photography shop. English is poor 'under processing' is not used in English!

No application cancelation feature, so when you have issue with any app you need to go the gov. Entity, so why to start on sanad from beginning, go directly to the entity faster and easier.

The application has many problems, the first of which is that for me there are big mistakes in academic qualifications, I hold a master's degree in economics, and on the application it is registered that I hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, and it is also registered that I graduated from a university other than the one I graduated from, and the misfortune is that the name on the application belongs to someone else! The biggest problem is that there is no customer service, they don't respond
