About this app

Sanad is your gateway to digital government services, as it allows you to login with a single username and password instead of multiple passwords. Activating your digital identity in one of Sanad stations will allow you to access your government digital documents, apply for government and private services, access your personal records and digitally sign documents.

It doesn't work many times when u need it. A lot of error messages or site or service not ready. OTP doesn't come through to confirm logins. OTP error messages. Very frustrating to use. Doesn't connect u to other services, it just shows u information. other services need sanad login info to work and many times, it doesn't allow correct authentication.

Cannot register as a Jordanian living abroad. I am trying to register while having the required information and documents. The app fails to scan my ID and I never get the OTP. So I am stuck unable to activate the application, with no means of fixing the issue as far as I can tell.

I used my phone number in Canada and email address to sign up. I got the OTP on my email but never received the OTP on my phone. and you need both to be able to sign up. I tried many times but never get anything on my phone number. it's frustrating for people who live outside jordan and trying to use the App.
