Worst experience on this app. NYKAA have repeatedly lost my order for the 4th time now. They keep on changing delivery dates. My order is 15 days delayed and they keep on saying they will deliver today. It just gets pushed. Also, no representative available to file complaint. [No one replies on chat help and no is picking up the call on call help] i have trying to get in touch for days. FRAUD NYKAA

Customer service is horrible. Time to move to their competitiors. Multiple escalations on the app haven't yielded any results and now when a review has gone up on the app store they want me to e-mail them to waste more time. One of the orders they failed to deliver also involved a point redemption & despite the order being cancelled they were not restoring points. Emails to their customer care were not answered & action was finally taken only when I called them out on social media.

Worst app I have ever used !! I would never suggest this app to anybody please don't go with nykaa, every time they deliver the product on wrong address. Many of my product are delivered to another person and if you communicate with the customer care they just telling you " Ma'am please wait for 3,4 business day our internal team will investigate" but they don't do anything. They are just playing with you on mail. A Big question mark on there internal team???
