Terrible company, terrible customer service. Received clothing that was literally in shreds and I could not get a refund. Other items were received dreadfully late, once I had no use for them and Nykaa refused to allow me to return for a refund. The actual clothes look nothing like the website photos and the customer service is full of robots who keep repeating the same thing over and over again.

complete loss of money I ordered 2 products from nykaa fashion and i received a completely wrong item. when checked with customer support, they keep disconnecting my customer calls and chats and was not giving any proofs that the correct item was dispatched. They are not genuine. I dint even ask for refund , since they are saying that the correct product was dispatched. I only asked them proof of that and they couldn't provide as they know that they messed up and sent wrong product.

They deliver a wrong product & are not willing to take it back. I ordered a specific jacket & they have sent a completely different jacket. No way matching with the jacket that I ordered from them. So, within few hours, I placed a request for return, which they cancel stating they have sent a right jacket. I sent them the images of the product, bar code, stating it is not the one that I ordered. The customer supports acts like they are delivering the product for free
