Most horrific and fraud. they are not refunding the amount. The wrong product was sent to me. support to pick up but as of now no one came to pick the product and neither the refund the amount. it's almost 15 days no one responded to mail and chat. every time we call they are saying they will pick the product in 24/48 hours and it's almost 15 days. it's a fraud company and one should never buy products from them. They are worse. Can't compare with flipkart, Myntra amazon etc.

Total waste of time and money. I paid upfront for a Cult Fitness Kit, but the delivery date keeps shifting. Support gives fake promises of a specific date, yet the app shows the item hasn't even shipped. Worst of all, they hide the 'Cancel' button once they have your money, forcing you to wait through a 4-day 'ticket and refund' loop just to get your own money back. They take your payment and then block the exit. Avoid this app—they do not respect their customers.

Worst and horrible experience. No one picked up the replacement order and it kept getting rescheduled without any reason or even an attempt. After all this drama, I finally returned the item, but again no one came for pickup and it kept getting rescheduled repeatedly. No delivery partner number was provided, customer support did not solve the issue, and there was no connection to any higher authority. Very disappointing service.
