Nykaa does offer some good discounts on some products compare to it's competitors in market. However, the return policy is not streamlined and had to go through lot of inconvenience while returning the item. Also on call to customer service it took lot of my effort to convince them that if they have delivered me wrong product and i am giving the proof with pictures and videos it's their fault not mine instead that guy stuck on one statement that from our end right product was packed so no return

great collection and good offers. But delivery service is not up to the mark. It's been almost 12 days since I have placed the order. Still there is no confirmation on which date I'll receive my order. Delhivery stated that delivery was attempted without even attempting. Having such kind of experience in my very 1st order. Might have to think before placing another order with a Nykaa man. Customer care says we are trying our best to deliver your order but it doesn't seem so.

This is a very bad app, and its customer support is also very bad. Their terms and conditions are also very bad. I received the wrong product, and when I applied for a return and refund, they said their team checked it and sent the right product. Meaning, they have put all the blame on the customer. don't use this aap .
