Most of their cars and drivers are OK. One driver didn't know where she was going, and tried to drop me off at the wrong location. One other driver showed up wasted.

Yes one of their companies that they outsource to left me stranded at 4:00 in the afternoon outside of the hospital in Boston! I just had a major back surgery had a walker, I kept calling and they wouldn't answer when I called the next day they hung up on me I had to pay for an Uber in my account is -59.80 thank you for that American whatever I'm going to report them to mart transportation
