Terrible app, terrible service. After logging in, I am not allowed to use this app because I have a new phone. I just receive a generic error and no additional info. When I call in, it takes 6 people before anyone even recognizes the issue, then they tell you have to either go in person to reset you mobile app, or call a sales number that only goes to voicemail. The representative even told me straight up no one is going to ever answer that number. Pay to not be able to use.

There's no option for weekly or monthly pass purchases. You literally have to load money on to use to pay standard fair. I doesn't even let you just have whatever the fair amount is billed to the card on file. Add the option to buy monthly passes and I'll leave a 5 star review but currently this app is almost completely worthless.

App was great until I got a new credit card and had to re enter payment information. Only to find out that I can't even buy passes anymore. Anytime I try to enter payment information, whether I hit to save it or not, it forcibly restarts my phone when I press submit. App is completely unusable now.
