Overall a really useful app. The budgeting tools are super helpful and I like that I can sync my credit cards (even from other banks) to see all the transactions in one place. A couple of changes I'd love to see: 1. When changing a transaction category, an option to change only this and future transactions, so you can do it without messing up all your past transactions. 2. Recently, the app started asking for identity verification almost every time I log in. Would love to turn this off.

Great and friendly credit union, the app has a major problem, though. The mobile check deposit is simply useless, taking years of my life to magically light up green borders and take a document scan of the check. When I was on First Tech FCU, mobile deposit took a minute, at most. Most of that was typing info or endorsing the check. The "patented" mobile deposit software just needs to be completely overhauled. Clean slate. Redo it. Not good enough for this modern age.

App is very frustrating to sign in since the update. I don't use the app every day. I open it maybe 2-3 times a month. For years, I've used my fingerprint to sign in. Now, every time I sign in with my fingerprint with the saved CORRECT password, it won't recognize the password, and I'm forced to manually enter THE SAME password that populates with my fingerprint.....Frustrating! I've uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times now. No luck! Same consistant problem! NOT CALLING THE BANK AGAIN!
