Ratings and reviews

I applied last Friday, called yesterday to see if they could go over my app while I was on the phone and apparently no one that answers the phone can actually work the app. I tried to connect my ssa account yesterday and it kept telling me that my account wasn't set up. It let me connect it today. My application now says in review. Will update when they finish.

It is too hard trying to get customer service so far I been on hold for 3 hours. Wth. Live agent is back up, too. What is going on . This is my first time applying

I am so thankful for BMG! Helped me when I needed it most! So far I've refinanced once and in the process of waiting for them to review and process my next refinance. Everything went so smoothly!
