Ratings and reviews

I have been with BMG since 2019. I once received refi notices I had to go back and look every 4 to 6 months religiously. I refinanced last May 23' I increased my limited $1000. I have since repaid everything I borrowed on top of the interest. I spoke with a representative in 22' who told me you can refi twice a year. This is an absolute lie and horrible business. I have emailed customer service and called BMG directly to no avail. They don't answer calls anymore or respond to emails!

The app doesn't work at all. I tried several times to use it in the last 2 months and error message keep popping up. I called customer service several times about this issue and still no corrections.
