This app is excellent overall, but I suggest an improvement. Upon completing a ride, it would be beneficial to have a cancellation feature integrated into the bus's system, allowing passengers to scan their phone to confirm the ride's completion, rather than simply showing the phone to the driver, which could potentially be a screenshot.

Useless. I haven't been able to purchase anything in this app. I don't know why I would even want it if I can't actually make purchases. I wish there were other options. Like if my bank doesn't trust the app then maybe give us the option to use PayPal or something. It's kind of dumb really. Can I just put $20 in at the bus and just get a card with the amount on it? I am asking because it sounds way easier than having to download an app I cannot use and possibly have to visit a store? Yeah....

Update: The app was working fine for a while until I tried buying a pass & it gave me an error message that the transaction failed. My card that's on file is still valid & had enough to purchase a pass. I tried over and over but no success. Hopefully it's a glitch. Please fix
