App is great when it works. It won't let me sign in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my phone. Tried it on another phone, same issue. Either pressing the login button does absolutely nothing or I get an error that says they are have problems logging me in. I'm trying to book a trip and give you money and the app just won't work. Frustrating and hard to understand. Glad I'm not on a trip and needing to use the app! Just tried it on an iPad and it works just fine. Nice.

this app is useful to purchase train rides as well as see where the train is. I used it a lot on my long distance trips to see where we were and to get updates about arrival and departure times. The only issue is that information about points is not integrated within the app and goes to the Amtrak website. But the app is useful for what it's needed for - keeping track of my train, purchasing tickets, and showing a ticket when boarding

Great never had an issue. One of the best transportation apps for ease of use. They have plenty of discount fares and a large selection of trip options, times and destinations. They also have a great cancellation policy-if you cancel your ticket before your trip starts, you can get a full refund. My only complaint is train delays. However, they do have a new system which will text you if your train is running late. It does help a lot.
