Very good app, but it has once failed to communicate a bus departure time change. It still gets 5 stars, as the Concord bus change never made it all the way to Amtrak's computer systems at all. App is easy to use and very straightforward. I do wish a round trip could be made with a different start/end location, as there are two bus terminals that operate at different times near me, but it is completely serviceable for what it offers.

It's a useful app and my preferred method for finding tickets and checking train times. That being said, the app is missing crucial features and is slow. For example, there isn't an easy option to see how the late the train currently is when you're on the train, you have to search it manually. You can't submit bidup requests through the app, you need to go on a separate website. Overall the app feels like a beta version of what it could be. I will keep using this app with hope it'll be better

The Android app has an acceptable interface, but requiring a Web browser rather than being self-contained is annoying and paranoia-inducing. It's particularly annoying when apps do this and the Web sites involved have references to non-local JavaScript resources, which I need to individually approve before things work. And in the meantime, things time out and have to be restarted. In short, it's an averagely good app, but it's poor because of the heavy integration with the Web sites.
