Minimal information that is difficult to find. The older app was so much more thorough. Last summer I booked an extensive 7000+ mile journey. All options were displayed giving me lots of options. On board services and route maps and schedules were much easier to find. Cover page on the new app is beautiful.
Would be a good app if it worked. Requires location services being turned on to even use the app which is invasive. Also a decent portion of the time it just "cannot process your request" and won't let you log in, search train, view a ticket you already bought etc. Very unreliable.
Trying to book a train ... App never sent feed back concerning where in the process the booking was... After 3 attempts I decided the trip must be correctly accomplished. Showed up at station to find that the attendant could see 3 attempts to book the train. Would not give me the ticket at the price I tried to book at... Costing me $100 more than the app showed.
I would give five stars but if I cant see exactly where some one train is like my wife or mothers its not worth to use please make it so I can see live version of the train I'm looking for because I want to see where the train is at all times
App logs me out at arbitrary times and then won't let me log back in! It says "we are temporarily unable to process your request." Completely unreliable.
I'm not able to read any of the important know before you go information. None of the text in the pages shows up. I'm on a Google Pixel, so maybe that's the problem.
