Crashes continuously. Won't even open anymore on samsung android. Un-installed and reinstalled. When it "worked" you'd always get a different story than what was clicked. Update: well it launches and then closes again. The next time it stays open but then I have to log in again. If you browse for a few minutes it starts opening the wrong stories. It's an indexing problem when a story gets added but you would think they could come up with a scheme that would survive updates.

Atrocious authentication management. Requires multiple logins. Sometimes 1x/day. Last few days, can't even login to access stories. Purged cache, purged storage, uninstalled/reinstalled to no avail. App had same issue in June, but subsequent update fixed it for a while. Clearly no serious regression testing as they re-introduced the bug. NYT and WaPo don't have these issues; McClatchy needs more effective app development. Don't get me started on opaque subscription pricing.

The app makes me sign in every time I open the app. I have it installed on my Android phone, and even if the screen closes for as short as 1 minute, I have to log back into the app. I don't understand why the app doesn't stay open on my phone. I've looked through the settings and can not find an answer. Of course, customer service is closed today.
