Your application is actually very good, better than online taxis, because we are drivers in Bali will have the opportunity to promise tours with the guest, but unfortunately, after I read a lot of bad reviews, many people uninstalled it and no longer use it. 1st, the payment is too long 1 month. 2nd, it is not paid. 3rd, Your commission is too high. The opportunities in Indonesia are very potential, especially tourism in Bali and Central Java.

Very disappointing experience as a professional driver. I have been working with GetTransfer and completed multiple transfers. It has now been over two months and I still have not received my payment, which is close to 2,000 CHF. Despite sending many emails and messages, there has been no response, no explanation, and no payment timeline provided. I found them very unjust, they don't respond at all. My experience with this application is very bad. They manipulate and delay the payment of financial dues. I do not recommend dealing with them at all. Communication with them is very poor; every time there are new excuses (payment issues, financial department problems, etc.). If you want to protect your financial rights, avoid this application.
