My friend had to send a payment to me but he mistakenly sent it to the wrong number, the number in question wasn't yet subscribed to the application. Unfortunately Lydia doesn't enable you to cancel a payment (even if the receiver doesn't have an account!!). So the mistaken receiver could receive a kind invitation to subscribe and take my money!! I am very disappointed by that lack of security

Lydia was a great virtual bank. Sumeria is a nightmare. Other than the awful UI/UX, it's really slow, buggy, and customer support is terrible. Usually when I used to top-up from a debit card from another account it was instantaneous, now its been 10 days, and I still haven't received the money, it's taken from my other account but it isn't received on the sumeria account. And I need to beg customer support for a reply. And when they do, it isn't helpful at all.

After recent move to Sumeria, I am really disappointed. Lydia was my main and only bank, and with this branding + name + UI / UX change, everything got difficult, I don't really understand how to organize the accounts, cards are less intuitive to find and organize as well, UI looks cheap and poorly uniformized. Because I expect quality, communication and consistency along my banking experience, I'm leaving Lydia Black after years of intense usage for another bank. Reply if you want more feedback
