Horrible application. Constantly disconnects, doesn't remember language preference, no indication of estimated wait time and both times I've tried to reach out for help my requests were denied. I've used multiple Online Medical Services in the past and I've always had someone take my call, ask relevant questions and give me some insight as to what to do next. Here I get nothing. Very disappointed.

The app doesn't sync properly with the website. Information put into your health profile on the website didn't move over to the app and had to be re-entered. The wait timer was wildly inaccurate with a 2 minute wait turning into 20 minutes just like in a real-life doctor's office! But, where the 1 star actually comes from is I requested an appointment for a very simple lab requisition, general bloodwork, and I was declined. Virtual health care still has a long way to go.

Totally useless. Every single appointment I've requested for the past week has been cancelled due to "high volumes in my area". This isn't the first time either. I have been using maple for about a year and I have about a 10% success rate of actually getting to speak with anyone. Even then when you get through almost nothing gets accomplished. Save yourself some time and money and just go to a walk in.
