It was such a good and easy app to use but there have been changes on this app and now returning an item is a proper nightmare. First the option is not available in the orders section, then when you finally find returns section among all q&a you need to sign in again just to find out that your orders are not displaying and you need to come back later. Really not helpful.

This app is good, but glitchy AF in relation to making payments via PayPal. I regularly cannot pay for items using PayPal in the app - there seems to be an issue with the app allowing the user to effectively log into PayPal to complete a transaction. I have had to abandon the app twice and log in online to complete an order and PayPal transaction. Please sort this out!!

I really like scan & shop. So convenient. But I have some suggestions. It needs a button to say "Scan Now" to avoid it accidently picking up items on the shelves or in my trolley or scanning the same item twice. Would also be good to have scales that produce a bar code sticker. Right now, if I buy loose items I have to go to the tills to weigh them which defeats the purpose of the app. And if it could tell me where in the store to find an item, I'd give you 6 stars!
