Ratings and reviews

So I have used Klarna for years, no problem at all. Now, all of the sudden(mind you I have a PERFECT purchase history and payment history with them) I can't use the pay in 4 option due to my "credit score". Makes absolutely no sense. I didn't exceed purchase power, I haven't been late, the only thing I have ever done is cancel an order because it was 4 hours deep and no one had picked up my order. Also, my credit score has done nothing but improve over the last 6 mo, so if that's it then wow.

I have three other pay-later options that I use. As much as I would love to use it more, there's always an issue after about two or three orders, and that's wild. I am a repeat order person...same stuff..same reputable company ( for example, Tractor Supply). I NEVER miss payments. Klarna is my lowest pay-later credit option. But every time I try to use it more often, there's always an issue at checkout 🙄 Probably time to uninstall and move on. I don't need it. It's just nice to have options.

It stands to reason that someone with stellar credit would not frequently use a service like this. With that tidbit out of the way... 3 years, several thousand dollars worth in transactions, and we're still playing Purchase Power roulette. This time last year, my limit was roughly $1200 dollars. Today it's just over $600; and they're asking %50 upfront. I want to be clear. I have NEVER missed a payment. Not once. Save the copy-paste response. I'm finally deleting this garbage.
