The whole reason I had the app to begin with was for the free buffets after so many visits.. Very disappointed the reward incentives are gone. I definitely miss the old app, it was easy to use if you were ordering online, and the reward system was awesome. Biggest downgrade an app has ever received. 👎👎

I don't understand why there was a decision to change the app when it worked so well for such a long time. Especially getting rid of the reward system. Definitely a huge step backwards. Not to mention my account was completely deleted and I had to create a new one. Total waste of time.

I absolutely love this CiCis Pizza app. No matter where I am this app has a Cici Pizza locator through a map. It's very convenient when you drive for your career. Thank You Cicis Pizzam
