Been using them for 2 years for my business and it's been super buggy the entire time. Nothing is ever fully fixed. I am constantly missing important text messages because they literally will not "exist" in the app until a day later and with no notification of their existence. Entire message threads will disappear from the app, but still be visible on desktop. I'm currently figuring out another solution to using this service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOT RELIABLE FOR BUSINESS.

While the app it's self seems pretty solid and has a lot of cool/useful features, the customer support is basically non-existent. An app is only as good as the people behind the scenes who keep things flowing. Our experience has been terrible and seems to keep getting worse. Right now our business phone number has been "lost" so we're without service entirely and not even guaranteed that we'll get our number back.

I don't review many apps...but my God, this app is so buggy it's almost hilarious. Full factory reset on a Pixel phone with a fresh install of openphone and there are bugs right off the bat. UPDATE: it's over a year later and almost none of the issues are fixed (new phone, multiple factory resets).... If my company didn't require openphone I would've left a long time ago. It's clear their coders don't understand how to make a functional app.
