The program itself is fantastic while the app is a bit slow to load and glitchy when toggling between menus and loading video content. Also, the chat feature in the Conmunuty pages are static and slow and may benefit from enhancements that allow for more dynamic interactions. I want to be clear here that my feedback is related only to the mobile app. That is to say that like many of the other ladies who posted ratings here, I found the program to be good but the app leaves much to be desired

App is missing various "quality of life" things that would make it better to use. The discussion forums are rudimentary, and the various workout group challenges are lumped into one thread, which makes it confusing. It also doesn't retain things and routinely leaves drop-down menus open upon starting fresh. Also, you lose access to a paid program's information once the challenge time is up and have to resort to printing out PDFs. =(

I am enrolled in the beginners' strength training program. Melissa has done an excellent job with presenting straightforward and easy to understand demonstrations and explanations for the exercises. She offers options for using resistance bands, dumbbells, or just the exercise alone. The weekly plan is easy to understand and tweek to fit your own lifestyle. This is one of, if not the best app, that I've ever purchased. I will purchase more programs from her in the future.
