For some reason, the app is not recognized on my phone and because of that I don't have notifications. I have gone to the settings and turned notifications on, but no luck. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, it's just not working. I have missed messages because of this. It doesn't even email me every time either. If the app was built to not have notifications, then it's a cheating app.

This app is the worst nightmare I've ever had! I've been trying to cancel since the second week I had it... there is no place on the app to cancel. Their phone number is non-existent, no email or any way of communication with them to cancel the service, so, conveniently, they keep charging my card. My only option now is to cancel my bank card!!! I will give you one star, because there is no option to give you zero!!!

Terribly slow application for ALL USERS, profiles don't load, and messages take forever to deliver. Also, if you ask for a refund it will take the company two weeks to find your account, just for them to tell refuse. I only used the app for two weeks-TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. And no, contacting customer support does not help at all.
