I have this service because of the mobile data provision and is easy to renew when I need more data. I only recently discovered the keypad screen and it works well enough for voice but is not usable for texting. Might I make a suggestion? On my TracFone keypad there are two buttons. One is to connect to voice and the other takes me to the texting screen. At present, I cannot access the texting feature through the app. Otherwise, the app and the website access works great.

I had previously gave this service one star because i was not able to remove my payment option I had used to start this service online without closing my account. But they have since fixed this issue , so I give it 5 stars because after 5 months phone , text , data all work very well 99 percent of the time. Thanks tello for fixing the payment option

I used them for several months & rarely had decent conversations if any at all. & as for texts, it would sometimes take hours to send or receive them. Customer service(female reps) were very disrespectful and terrible at their Jobs! I had to rely 90% of the time on my wifi from home to be able to use my phone at all! Was finally told the truth after being lied to for 8 mths They offer & have NO service here! I Want a REFUND!!??Cheap for a reason!💔
