The ability to have multiple numbers is cool. Although each # has its own subscription. So I somehow have premium connected to a phone number I didn't care to keep. And have to pay double on a subscription to keep the original # I'd like to hold onto. I don't think there's a way to transfer my number over to the premium subscription? All in all good call sound, connection, just a little slow to open, and perhaps too many options on the menu that make it a bit confusing.

It was working fine for me until out of nowhere it wouldn't let me send any messages due to "strengthened security measures." So annoying. (Edit) Now I have to buy credits to keep texting, and I don't even receive calls anymore. Takes too long to open, really bad for when you're in a rush, and there's ads every time you click something. Very annoying.

I experienced poor voice quality. It seems like they are using heavy voice compression, resulting in no overtones or high frequency in the voice. As a result, it's difficult to recognize some words. While it might be acceptable for personal use, it is not suitable for business activities. In terms of the Mean Opinion Score (MOS), I would rate the voice quality as 3-3.5 out of 5 in my opinion. I do not recommend this service.
