Ratings and reviews

The app is fine.. does what it says it will, to an extent. The base plan still uses VoIP numbers, same as the free service from Google, and those couldn't be used for my needs. I was unable to cancel through the app during the trial period so I ended up getting charged for something I can't use. If I get a refund I'll give them a better review, but until them I would recommend using a different service.

the app has a lot of bugs. the notification don't come through, even after changing phone settings and app settings. I frequently miss texts and phone calls. I also was over charged for my first month. It's okay for the price, but not great. Also I dont appreciate being told to email someone when I already put in the effort to leave a review, I think you should just fix your app instead asking me to email anyone

I was just testing the app. It claimed it was signing me up for a 3 day trial, then I'd be charged at the end of the trail period for the full term. Pretty standard, right? Well guess what? It immediately charged me. No trial. I almost didn't even realize until I checked my bank account. Not even after the 3 days. IMMEDIATELY. I better get a damn refund for this scummy app. Edit: They at least refunded me quickly and easily. The app itself is good, but be wary of the "free trial".
