Well, like others that have tried the app, I did love it. Worked well, liked the features, reasonable cost. But has very sadly dropped to 2 stars, and maybe should be 1. Simply because of how customer service treated me. I changed phones. Tried to open the app on the new phone and my account was locked. Was shown a message to email customer service so the accounts could be merged. No problem. I emailed. Never any reply. Tried again. No reply. I don't appreciate paying for apps I can't use.

Not secure... my subscription was caneled without any notice until I had to re login. Ans it didnt work. Took emailing them to find out it was terminated. I know what it was i sent that got me cancled ( legal in my area ) but this just shows the people running this app is looking at your messages and the point of this was to have a secure second line and clearly not secure and private when their workers are looking at your accounts. Just heads up.

This app is a glitch ridden ugh-fest. I like that I can get my own VOIP number, which most places accept. It likes to inject photos into your texts. Say you send a screen shot, switch apps and back - the photo is in the text box and will be sent with the next message of not removed. Sometimes it stacks. Really not a good app because it makes texting difficult.
