Been using this app several months now, never had probs til recently. #1. You can't contact customer svc in the app. When you click the option to email them, the space where their email address should be is blank and they don't provide their email address. #2. Text notifications stopped. Only when I open the app does the text all the sudden pop up. #3. My replies to subscription texts create new text threads instead of sending as a reply. So the service doesn't see I'm replying to them. Pls fix.

Don't count on being able to read your text history. Works for calls and will let you burn numbers, but it struggles with basic functionality for texting. Sometimes you can't back out of the message thread you're in, sometimes it won't load anything besides the most recent message. Not a very consistent app.

Needed a second number. This app worked for about two weeks, now I keep getting server errors. Tried multiple networks, still server error. So the app doesn't work anymore, and I went to cancel my subscription, and guess what? Another server error. And the worst part is that they don't have any support on either their app or company website, forcing me to write this review in the hope that they might decide to provide some help. I might have to request a chargeback on my card for this app.
