Ratings and reviews

Worked great for a while, but since the update I can't place an order - it repeatedly says "Error validating basket" I forced stop, cleared my cache, rebooted my phone - no good. There's no way to report a problem to support - it gives you 3 options that are all basically a way to report issues with your food, but not to say you can't even order. If they fix it, I'll charge the star rating. But as long as I have to go inside and wait in line, this app gets 1 star.

The app does not allow you to select sliced only allows you to select unsliced bagels. In fact it forces you to do that or you can't place an order. Additionally, it doesn't take coupon codes but it seems like the full site doesn't want to take them either so overall I give Western Bagel two stars and they only reason they get two instead of one star is because their bagels are so delicious. The app itself I would give half a star to.
