Was shopping at the West Edmonton Mall store. Asked an associate (Marife) for assistance looking for a specific pair of pants. She was happy to assist and helpful locating the right pair of pants. Marife did a wonderful job making the shopping experience enjoyable and easy. Would recommend coming back again, not only because of the friendly employees who make the experience fun but also the nice collection of clothing to choose from.

When scrolling through a category, once you click on an item you're interested in, you won't be able to go back to the category. No matter what I do, it always sends me all the way back to the main page and makes me look for the category and enter all my filters again. Also, the fact that it shows sold out items even when filtering is really annoying, especially because it sends you all the way back to the main page. Makes it really annoying to shop on the app.

This app is very annoying to use. Everytime you go back, it leads you to home page. Obliged to navigate again to the type of articles you're interested to check. User experience is very bad and too much content on the page. Please simplify and care about user experience. For sure, I'm not going to buy online because of that.
