I've had this app since 2018 and I genuinely don't think I've ever been able to do a single thing on the account tab the whole time. It just says system error every time I click on it. The class schedule also never works, I've been logged out for no reason several times, and it doesn't accurately track check-ins. All in all, this app is nearly useless... but it does let me use the barcode to scan in, so thats about the one good thing it has going for it. The gym itself however, is great!

Everytime I go to the app it says "system error, the app can't talk to the servers right now" un-installed and reinstalled, forced stopped, tried on a d off wifi, restarted phone.. nothing. I'm in the Marine Corps and broke my back ans trying to cancel my membership. I called my location and they couldn't help, called the corporate number they gave me and it just rings and rings and rings. Called again and pressed 1 for a call back while on hold and never got a call back. Terrible

App is constantly logging me out and then saying my password is incorrect. As soon as you login there's an ad that pops up right in the exact spot where the barcode tab is. Sooo you end up clicking that if you're too quick. Then you have to close and re-open the app. Assuming it was for financial reasons, not convenience for guests, the old key tags were great. Now it's just another clunky app that has to be on your phone.
