App only works about 50% of the time (if that) and is generally pretty slow to update even when it is working. Have gotten mail notifications (dated two weeks prior) before the app updated on multiple occasions. Have to get on the website to file claims anyway, app only lets you check on the status of (some) claims that are already filed. Somewhat helpful for that if you're away from your computer but otherwise pretty useless.

Solid, seems secure, and has drastically improved as far as being user friendly goes. Access your documents, download your service connection award letters, paperwork, talk to your Doctors in a secure and confidential setting, refill medications, and view upcoming appointments. I had concerns at first about how difficult it would be to log in, considering there's several ways you can do so, but once you've activated your account, it seems pretty smooth sailing.

The app is great but there's this one annoying bug. I have to keep turning on the notification setting every time I log into the app. For some reason, every time I log out, the notification setting is turned off. There's absolutely no way of fixing this from my end. I've tried everything. So, other than having to keep going into the settings and turning on my notifications every time I log in, this app is great!
