I've edited this review from 1 star to 4 and down to 3. Prescriptions are working again but tracking isn't. The shipping status and dates are not updated and tracking doesn't work, it just goes to a page saying it only tracks for 15 days. Meds are shipped but status is pending. Then they'll arrive but stays in shipped for too long. As long as status is shipped, I can't reorder which is critical for some meds that I only get a 30 day supply of and will need for the rest of my life.

App only works about 50% of the time (if that) and is generally pretty slow to update even when it is working. Have gotten mail notifications (dated two weeks prior) before the app updated on multiple occasions. Have to get on the website to file claims anyway, app only lets you check on the status of (some) claims that are already filed. Somewhat helpful for that if you're away from your computer but otherwise pretty useless.

More like Zero stars. Can't log in so that makes it useless when you are out and about, tech support people are as good as the app, useless. As many say, quit jacking around and fix it or just don't offer it. It is not rocket science. I have reinstalled 3 times, cleared data, cache as suggested, end result once again, is it doesn't work.
