About this app

Free and ad-free, My Library allows you to store your personal library and to perform a quick search within it.

My Library allows you to :
- Add a book to your library by scanning its barcode (title, author, cover, summary, published date, publisher, ...)
- Add a book to your library via its ISBN number
- Add a book to your library manually
- Look for a book in your library
- Sort your library by titles, names, categories, read / unread, ...
- Export your library within an Excel file
- Import a library from a previously exported library
- Manage your wishlist
- Display some statistics

For intellectual property reasons, real book covers are not allowed on Google Play screenshots. But in the app, you will of course be free to add official covers for your books.

Please note that My Library uses Google, Amazon, Open Library, Worldcat, IsbnPlus, Moly, data.bn, Libris, ISFDB and Biblio services in order to match ISBN numbers and the books you are looking for, therefore if an ISBN number is not found, it is because it is not referenced within those services.

I have...a lot of books. This app has helped me keep track. It's fairly user friendly, especially with scanning the ISBN, but it is still a bit of a chore to get the page #, the summary (though you can take a picture, same with the cover if it's missing that), and publisher. I've also found myself in some interesting situations when the summary I photographed doesn't resemble English, let alone what is actually on the back cover.

My Library is the best of several library management options I have tried. It allows easy book adds via bar codes, sorting by the categories I set up, and tracking of details such as add date, whether I have read it yet, and notes. It also lets me easily check whether I have a book already. The only negative is that it doesn't always import authors' first vs last names correctly, but its ease of use and free access makes that a minor issue. Well done, developers!

Easy way to keep my books organized and can be customized based on editions. Love the statistics portion. I also like the wishlist section and that I can use it for not only my books but other media as well. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars though because I was having an issue with the app not letting me add more than 240 books and it deleting some of the books I added, which caused confusion and more time/work on my part. It seems as though the issue has sorted itself out as of now.
