After the latest update I can no longer open the app on my Chromecast HDMI device. It's been previously working flawlessly without a glitch. Now it only displays Viaplay logotype and then churns the loading circle forever and is unable to complete the task. So I cannot stream anything anymore. The app has been corretly activated using the appropriate procedure. The Mobile app works correctly so I can at least cast from my phone to the Chromecast device. But it's only the last resort solution.

When watching live premier league on smart tv sound and picture hack. This happens often and Viaplay's answer is that you need the latest version ( well I have it) or to check your Internet speed ( I have 95 mbps ) so perhaps it could be the app! I pay a lot for Viaplay so maybe you could deliver a product that works!!

Dear Viaplay, I hope you read this. Your service; totally fine, quality; totally fine, offer; totally okay. Where you miss the ball (and me) is in the English language. Why not have the menu in English, why not have subtitles in English for every movie. Yes, even the English ones. It's so simple but it will open your your product to the rest of the world. If it wasn't for that I wouldn't have cancelled my subscription.
