About this app

Your treatment journey is complex. Wave Health makes it easier.

Track symptoms, management treatments, and take a more active role in your health – all in one place.

Wave Health empowers you to be proactive in reporting symptoms and staying connected to their care team between appointments. By identifying trends early, Wave Health uncovers patterns in your health, helping you better understand and manage your well-being.

Log how you’re feeling, record ongoing symptoms, manage medications with automated alerts, and monitor important daily activities like sleep, water, steps and vitals. Through personalized guidance, educational resources, and tailored insights, Wave Health helps you navigate treatment and walk into appointments with a record instead of a recollection.

Two ways to use Wave Health
Wave Health works as an independent app, or connected to your hospital and care team.

Key App Features:
- Symptom Logging: Track your daily symptoms and keep a log to bring to your care team – sleep, water, moods, physical activity, mental health, mindfulness, journal entries, and more.
- Medication Tracking: Stay on schedule with medication reminders to never miss a dose.
- Custom Trackers & Quick Logs: Capture symptoms, vitals, body functions, and activities unique to your journey, not just what's on a standard list.
- Tailored Insights: Your logged data becomes actionable insights showing how your daily habits affect your wellbeing.
- Automatic Data Syncing: Enable automated tracking by syncing your Fitbit, Apple Watch, Oura Ring, or other wearable devices through Apple Health and Apple Health Kit

For hospitals and care coordinators who want to monitor their patients using the app:
- Scheduled Symptom Reviews: Submit check-ins reviewed by clinicians via a risk-ranked action list.
- Urgent Symptom Alerts: Urgent symptoms trigger an immediate in-app alert to the care team.
- Patient-Initiated Symptom Reporting: Report significant symptom worsening between scheduled reviews.
- Review Notifications: Get notified when a submission is reviewed, with any clinician message.
- Risk-Ranked Auto-Sorting: Automated triage routes low-risk reports away from the queue, with at-risk patients on top.
- Auto-Close: No-risk submissions close automatically and are hidden from the default inbox, accessible only via filter.
- Expired/Superseded Logic: A new submission automatically expires any prior unreviewed one, preventing task buildup.
- Secure Messaging & Follow-Up: Clinicians follow up on submissions for e-prescriptions, treatment changes, and structured escalation.

I had uninstalled the app because I was unable to change the time. I received an email from the Wave health team, so I reinstalled it. All that I was told to do, doesn't work at all. Ex.: Under The Profile Picture it says, "how are you feeling", under that it says, "condition update". Well the date is correct, but the time is 4 hours behind. So once again, how do you change the time to be the exact time I input my info.🤔🤷🏻‍♀

Hello Deborah, the "Condition Update" time on the home page shows the last time you updated your condition. To view your condition logs, please use the Calendar. To update your condition, please click the % on the condition (on Home) which takes you to the next screen and you can select percentage & desired time from that screen. Thank you.

It's ok. Functionality is a bit iffy. I wish there were line graphs for symptoms. You can get colour-coded graphs for up to 5 symptoms but I can't change the symptoms and the ones it defaulted to aren't my primary concern. It also has those listed as my top 5 most severe which is also actually incorrect based on what I am logging. Can't log trigger food which is not helpful for me. I hate using actually food trackers because I only want to log the most basic like 'dairy' or 'garlic'.

I didnt explore this app fully once i couldn't find a way to link it to my fitbit. I wake frequently through the night, so my sleep time is not as simple as a start time to finish time. I also dont always have my phone with me when going for a walk. A wearable captures this data and would inform this app much more accurately. I would also like to see various forms of sleep apnea added to the conditions list. App shows promise but not suited to my needs, so I've uninstalled.

Hi Jenny, Thanks for your review and for the excellent feedback! We are working on linking with various wearables, right now we mainly function with Google Fit, so any information that you're linking with Google Fit would be available to link to chemoWave! Your thoughts on the Sleep tracking are very helpful. - Jaren (support@wavehealth.app)
