Works, most of the time. Missing a critical feature: being able to override the silenced ringtone for when the watch is misplaced in the house OR a "find my watch" that makes the watch ring or make sounds at FULL volume regardless of the volume setting. It's in a child's possession for the majority of its life it's going to be missed placed within the house. GPS location is great but not when the accuracy isn't within inches.

In the beginning, the setup was extremely difficult. You can't just call the Customer service, you have to go back and forth with emails. And now that I want to cancel the subscription, they are giving me the run around wanting all kind of proof and information. And again, you can't just call Customer service. Horrible experience

It is difficult to imagine a more unintuitive interface and mode of operation. Issues are too numerous to list. For example I'm presently infuriated by the fact that this app won't let you log even after you reset the password, and it won't you register a new account because your details are already in the xplora system. Another glaring issue is that this software does not alert the user about the text messages on time and it takes a very long time to sync the watch location. Stay away.
