App is great. But gifting means the receiver should also download the app to be able to redeem, whcih is inconvenient for me. And in talabat for example it's not considered as money, it's considered as a discount voucher and can't be used as a normal money.

The update really messed up the app! It became complicated to set-up a group gift card, no longer possible to add a group picture and a lengthy process overall. In addition, even the organizer of the gift card no longer has access to receiver's details post setting up the gift and is no longer given updates on whether the gift card was properly delivered or sent. I had to contact customer service 3 times to amend a simple gift card. Please fix as it is not customer oriented anymore.

Uninstall and I don't recommend. I bought cards with small amount of money they charged me with 45 riyals as service fee for each order Later on I knew by complete coincidence that people who should received the gift cards received only one card. I spent three hours with the customer services asking friends about sms and e-mails just to receive the rest of the cards. What services do you present? charging customers with 45 for what? You didn't even send the cards. The worse app I have ever use.
