Worst app ever If you used another device before (even YEARS ago), you will get the error "another device detected" The only option to solve this is to call the customer service, and give them the response to your secret question verbally Very bad experience, you can inspire the good user experience from other platforms/apps

My personal experience after few months on the app: - registration and ID pics are broken & buggy and can't be sent on some specific phones for NO REASON (in my case: Google Pixel 3 and 7) which means you can't finish the process unless you change your phone! - the app interface is sluggish and VERY annoying, too many buttons for the same functions. - you need to write your password again EVERYTIME you close the app and open it again Using the annoying Banxy Keyboard! And a lot, lot more!...

The App is simple and has everything you need, but after I installed the latest update of Mar 11th 2024, the app crashes every time I try to access my account.
