Ratings and reviews

Latest issue with this app: I can not update "My Information" through this app. I cannot even see the information that needs to be updated. Instead a pop-up appears informing me that I need to visit the nearest branch (which is 7500+ miles away) or call customer care (where they insist that the update must be done via the app). Clearing the pop-up closes the "My Information" tab in turn preventing me from being able to update anything. I hope this is fixed before my account gets restricted!

The worst communication I have ever seen in terms of secured messages and notifications, lagging and unusual behavior and delay in processing. lacks so.much details.which is available.on the web portal.and not showing here. lack of responsiveness and taking shortcuts in terms of getting back to client. ‐--------------‐ update 24 hours later Phone Number was given no one called back or even bothered himself to do so. Lie after lie from the bank of lies.

I could not add the card as tap-to-pay cards, and I always got the "service is not available" message. This is too annoying, so I could not use the cards that I have through my mobile.
