Ratings and reviews

Just hate it, I wish these people could learn from other banks - it seems like the ones who build these apps never use them. Too many passwords, rules, it forces you to keep changing passwords, no copy, no past, no screenshot a total pain...why bother with an app! My only wish now is to change my bank account with another bank with a better user experience

I am unable to access the latest version of thr app due to an “unauthorized software” warning, even though my device is not rooted or modified. This is preventing me from using essential banking services. Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

As in all other banks app you can download your Statement of account anytime anywhere, but here if you need your SOA you need to visit the bank. plz add this feature in the app that anyone can download SOA directly from the app whenever they need.
