I EMAILED KFC.ES LAST OCTOBER 6, AND I DIDN'T GET ANY REPLY WHY? THE RESTAURANT/KFC BARCELONA SAGRADA FAMILIA DELIVERED WRONG ITEMS TO ME, I CALLED THEM AND TOLD ME TO DELETE THE APP. 😮💨🤦♀️ I ORDERED THROUGH THIS APP, THAT'S WHY. THE RESTAURANT DELIVERED MENU FOR 2 IT'S ONLY 20€ SOMETHING. MY ORDERS WAS CLICK&SHARE 8 Pieces AND 14 hot wings and medium fries about 40€

Bad overall. My cart hardly ever loads, I have never been able to pay or complete an order using this app. It has more flaws now than when I first installed it... Please focus on fixing what's already there, stop adding unnecessary features that nobody is going to use cause you don't even bother fixing the basic stuff!!

Absolutely useless, just like other food apps in Spain It seems none of the companies in spain give a c£@p about their customers and they just release useless apps. They seem to prefer to pay glovo or uber eats charges because they are the only apps that work here. Bad leadership and company management.
