Ratings and reviews

The app has significant drawbacks: 1) It charges 1 EUR for no reason if you want to use it as an e-ticket via NFC; 2) T-casual/T-familiar tickets require verification of your ID. It can take up to 48h. Impossible to buy a ticket in the app immediately after you arrive in Barcelona; 3) It's damn slow and lags loading the ticket; 4) The app is useless w/o an internet connection; 5) Not all credit cards are accepted. You can avoid all this by simply buying a physical ticket from a ticket machine.

I downloaded it to buy ticket. To get the T-mobilitat tab to work I had to download another app that does nothing except make this 1st app tab work. First time I see such complexity. And even with that, after logging in, I couldn't make this tab load anything. Pointless app for e-ticket. Let's find out what it's used for but I don't expect much anymore.

It constantly looses sync with my ticket wallet without any sort of warning or error message. I try to switch my ticket and it won't let me, saying I have a jorney in progress which was from 2 months ago. Every time that happens I have to logout and log back in. It happens constantly and has made me miss my train multiple times. Purchasing tickets is also horrible, constantly loosing connection. This is across multiple devices. A complete waste of time, utter ineptitude for such a simple app.
