Ratings and reviews

App needs work & hard to sell items. If you have hidden listings, people can still message you about the item (makes no sense). If you don't post enough photos, they will hide the listing until you post more. Some items you can only post so many angles! Weird choices for sizing and if there isn't the one you're looking for, you have to pick a wrong size instead of custom size. A lot of limitations when listing items and they can delete your listings in bulk at times. App changes to French too!

Vinted used to be alright to sell smaller items years ago, but now it's NOT worth it! Lately, the app randomly switches to the French language. If you have an issue with an order or a shipment... good luck getting a person to help! Their system seems to be mostly managed by AI. I typed one word wrong when creating a listing and then it rejected the entire thing (I couldn't even go back into my description to copy what I had written and fix it). It also caused a negative mark to go on my account.

Keeps on getting worse. Most recent update has taken away the menu options when you clicked on the profile tab. Constantly buggy or gives you error messages and the algorithm is garbage. I used to get views on every item I posted and now most items get zero views! I think they did this so people would pay to bump and spotlight their closet. Not falling for it Vinted. Fix your app!!!!
