Does not work as intended. The process to even sign in shouldnt be a hassle, not to mention have it work. If I am to submit the information I shouldnt be getting issues where the only option is to contact local office and/or log out. As compared to the automated bot, I'd say its a bit on the same as wasting time to get something simple done, just for it to give up. At least please fix it. 7 month gap between last update is a bit on the yikes side

Rather than use drop down menus for year/month/day to enter birthdates, the app uses a calendar where you have to change the date one month at a time, so as I am almost 60 years old that is over SIX HUNDRED swipes or taps! A very very poor app design move. I may try it once and hope it remembers it next time (but it didn't in my first test, however I didn't go all the way to the final submission in my test run)

I take back my earlier 1-star review but can only give 3 stars. AN EASY FIX FOR BIRTHDATE ISSUES: you can tap on the year & it will give you years to scroll through rather than having to swipe month-by-month in the pop-up calendar. Select year & day. To confirm the date, simply make sure to tap on the bottom-right portion of the calendar, in the black area. They really should put an actual button there that people can see. I'd give 5 stars if this was fixed & a SSA rep explained things.
