I have just discovered an unpleasant defect - the option that allowed to convert minutes into data is gone, it's not available any more. I normally tapped Data and easily converted minutes into data, but now the app gives the only option to get additional data and that is by replenishing my balance. Only one star shall go to the app for me since it's a significant defect in my opinion. And one more thing - there's no way to contact the provider from the app in order to address some faults.

The largest mobile provider doesn't even have English! I used a Russian speaker to try to navigate the app, but there's no info about suspending service. I went into a branch and they told me that they suspended it, but they did not, and was charged again.

Transfer of phone minutes to gigabytes doesn't work. There written that I can do this unti 30 th of June, and now is may. My tariff is also says I can do that, and I were able to that just fine until now. Now there's no such buttons to make it possible
