The interface is very laggy and tends to take a while to load the recommendations. Furthermore, the video player has a lot of issues, including the fact that 70% of the times, the "Next Episode" button doesn't even work. There are other issues like random crashes and I have tested this app in multiple flagship devices just to make sure it's not an issue relating to the device.

Stc TV is one of the worst App. customer service. I had bought a bundle Go 6-Digital saying I would get a 6-month free STC TV, yet it turned out to a mere lie. Contacted Kuwait STC customer service via whatsapp a thousand times but in vain.
